The holidays are meant to be magical, but let’s be real—they can also be super stressful, especially for moms.
Between navigating family gatherings, managing the endless treats, and handling the pressure around holiday traditions (like saying no to that glass of wine), it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and guilty. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Join Dr. Jen, where she’ll talk about surviving the holiday season without the mom guilt. We’ll discuss how to honour your approach to feeding your child(ren) during holiday feasts, how to confidently set boundaries, and ways to handle the tricky moments that might pop up at social gatherings.
Whether you’re a new mom or a seasoned one, this is a supportive space to share, learn, and remind ourselves that the joy in our kids’ eyes is what truly matters.

Motherhood 6 week series
Motherhood can be an incredible journey, but it also comes with its own unique set of challenges.
Join Dr. Jen in this 6-week series that dives into the real, raw, and often unspoken struggles that many moms face daily. This course is designed to create a safe, supportive space where we can be vulnerable, talk about our experiences, and navigate the complex emotions of motherhood together.
Throughout the series, we will cover key topics, including:
- Decision Fatigue & Values Alignment: Learn how to overcome the overwhelming number of decisions you face daily by aligning them with your core values, making life easier and more intentional.
- Understanding Your Needs: Explore what your emotions and feelings are really saying when your needs aren’t being met, and how to recognize and address them.
- Embracing Your New Identity: Discover how to accept and love your new self in this phase of motherhood, while grieving your pre-motherhood self with compassion.
- Body Image & Self-Love: We will discuss loving your postpartum body, grieving your pre-baby body, and the societal pressures that affect body image.
- Nutrition & Diet Culture: Break down the myths of diet culture and explore practical nutrition tips that support your well-being as a mom.
- Stress Management: Learn practical strategies to manage stress and find calm amidst the chaos of motherhood.
Each week, we will also touch on the theme of mom guilt—how it plays into these different areas, and the societal expectations we all face. While every topic is unique, you may find overlaps as we discuss the pressures, struggles, and joys that come with being a mom.
This is a casual, non-judgmental space where you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. We are fellow moms, walking this path with you, and we know there is no “right” or “wrong” way to mother.
In this series, we aim to build a village of moms who can turn to each other for support, understanding, and friendship. You are not alone in this journey—join us to connect, grow, and possibly find your new mom best friend.
